Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Tripnovac Store account and personal data.
Under Google Play, Apple App Store, and applicable privacy laws, you can delete the account associated with your Tripnovac Store login and related personal data.
Delete in the Tripnovac Store app
- Open Tripnovac Store on your phone
- Go to Account → Delete account
- Confirm deletion — your personal data is removed immediately

Sign in to delete your account immediately on this page.
Or email support@tripnovac.com from your account email (backup path).
What we delete
- Account profile (name, email, phone)
- Saved addresses and wishlist
- Push notification tokens
- Login sessions and linked OAuth accounts
- Marketing / newsletter preferences tied to your account
What we may retain
Order and payment records required for tax, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance may be retained for a limited period as required by law (without your login). Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored on Tripnovac servers.
Timeline
In-app and signed-in web deletion is immediate. Email requests are typically completed within 30 days of verifying ownership.
