Delete your account

Request permanent deletion of your Tripnovac Store account and personal data.

Under Google Play, Apple App Store, and applicable privacy laws, you can request that we delete the account associated with your Tripnovac Store login and related personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@tripnovac.com from the email address on your account.
  2. Use subject line: Account Deletion Request — Tripnovac Store
  3. Include your full name and confirm you want permanent deletion.

What we delete

  • Account profile (name, email, phone)
  • Saved addresses and wishlist
  • Push notification tokens
  • Marketing / newsletter preferences tied to your account

What we may retain

Order and payment records required for tax, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance may be retained for a limited period as required by law. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored on Tripnovac servers.

Timeline

We typically complete deletion requests within 30 days of verifying ownership of the account.
